What information do we collect
We only collect the information that you give us when you return the booking form. This information includes name, DoB, address, email, phone number, medical information, experience level and emergency contact information.
Why do we collect this information
We collect the information to allow us to contact you about the course you have booked onto to discuss logistical details for example. We require the experience and medical information to allow us to safely match your ability to the course and so that your instructor can look after you. We require the emergency contact information in the unlikely event of an accident. This is to ensure your safety.
How do we store and share the information
We do our utmost to protect the information that you provide us with and to store it securely. It is only passed on to the instructor that will be accompanying you on your course. We do not share your information with anyone else. Payments are made through online bank transfer and we do not have access to any of your bank information. We pay a data protection fee to the Information Commissioner's Office.
This site uses a minimal number of cookies. These are small pieces of data that are stored on a site visitors browser and are simply used to keep track of settings and actions a user makes on the site. They improve the running and user experience of the site. What they track could include weather you are viewing the site on a phone or desktop and through what links you accessed the site (facebook, google etc.) If you wish them not to be used it is possible to disable cookies in your browser settings, but note that doing so may limit your experience using the site.
